The oyster that is most commonly available in stores. They are white or light brownish-gray in color, with large visible gills of the same color, and thick, short stems. They have a sweet, woody flavor, and are excellent for adding to dishes to enhance the flavors of the other ingredients.

 

Can keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Store in paper. Mushrooms need to breath
